This package is ideal for brands that want content support and have a mix of projects they could use a hand with. It's perfect for small teams that need an additional headcount but don't have the budget for a full-time role.
The monthly premium content retainer includes:
- 2 long-form blog posts (SEO or original content) up to 2,000 words
- 1 short-form content piece to be agreed upon in advance (e.g., template creation, a one-pager download, email writeup, etc.)
- Light async strategy and content planning support (aka I'm here to help you brainstorm and think creatively)

I write compelling and high-quality blog content to help you achieve your goals, whether that be navigating the ever-evolving SEO industry or sharing unique perspectives to help your brand stand out from the crowd. I charge on a per-project basis for content projects, depending on the
length of the assignment, and I offer a discounted rate for clients who commit to multiple blog posts per month on a long-term basis.
LinkedIn content retainer (brands only)
Starting at $2,000/month
Less focused on producing long-form content with all of the SEO and AI changes, and looking to grow your brand's presence on LinkedIn?
Turn your blog posts, case studies, training materials, product guides, and any other available long-form content into LinkedIn posts. Long-form content and libraries of materials are perfect starter packs for creating carousels, polls, text-only posts, graphics, and other short-form social media content.
The LinkedIn content retainer includes:
- 12-20 posts per month (3-5 posts per week), including a mix of carousels, polls, text-only posts, and more
- 2-3 Canva graphics included (more available upon request)
Guides and eBooks
Starting at $2,500
Like blog posts, I enjoy assisting with larger content projects, such as guides and eBooks. I charge on a per-project basis for guides and eBooks. Prices vary depending on the level of outlining, content planning, formatting, and design required. Let’s discuss a rate for your specific project.

Dependent on availability, I offer fractional internal comms support and love partnering with solo internal communicators to serve as a reliable partner that takes some of their to-dos off their plate. This package is ideal for those seeking strategic, asynchronous-friendly content and communications support, and is perfect for lean teams that need an expert partner to support their work but may not require a full-time hire.
The Internal Comms Lite package includes:
- Up to four deliverables — choose from:
- Internal email drafts (e.g., announcements, campaigns, manager messages)
- Newsletter blurb drafts
- Intranet content (e.g., copy and a Canva graphic for an upcoming campaign)
- Others as discussed
- One custom template or resource — examples include:
- A Google Slides deck for monthly town halls
- An FAQ template for managers
- A weekly CEO email template
- An internal comms message cascade checklist
- A role-based email template pack (e.g., email for senior leaders, email for people managers, email for individual contributors)
